Worked on multitude of high class luxurious finish & priced projects, ranging from 4 storey apartment to a 3 star hotel construction (basement, shell and core only) in heart of city. Actively involved in interacting with Architects, Buyers and also worked on purchase, marketing and sales team. Coordinated registration / sale of property along with the General manager for one complete project. At site, job involved labor management, preparing and executing weely targets, coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and delivery, maintaining muster, disbursing weekly wage payments.
As site engineer responsible for road works, I was in charge of execution of small Road Projects in different parts of Kerala. The role mainly involved coordination with Authorities, Material arrangement and schedule management in order to achieve good quality of work with minimum cost and within the time.
Lead Planner at a very large Insurance company. we have manage around 800 projects each year and use Primavera as our scheduling too. I manage a team of planners that work with the Data Strategies for this company. we currently have over 70 projects within my span of control. I review schedules prior to baselining for quality, I meet monthly with the Planner, Project manager and Lead business Analysis to go over the health of the project. We disucss budget, timing and scope.
