§  Lead construction management team for civil structural works, hard finishing and site development.

§  Provided technical guidance, clarifications and motivational inputs to the site team of Engineers, Supervisors & Contractors for smooth work performance.

§  Ensuring that Safety standards are followed, controlling the consumables for issue / usage, inspecting the work according to the work progress.
