As a Planning Engineer my duties and responsibilities in my previous company are but not limited to the following:

Ø  Prepare and update the project resource loaded schedule

Ø  Monitor and control during the construction period

Ø  Prepare and submit standard periodic reports and other requirements by the stakeholders

Ø  Update, evaluate and measure the progress and KPI’s against the baseline and resources available at the site

·      Prepare target programs. Address the correspondence related to program / progress with client, consultant &sub-contractors.

·      Preparation of planning and scheduling documents such as, updated master schedules, progress reports, ‘S’ curves and Bar charts etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         To produce Resource and Cost loaded Baseline and recovery programs for various projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

·         To produce Tender programs for various projects in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Libya,

·         To produce company’s cash in-flows and out-flows periodically,

• Preparing the overall project detailed schedule.
• Preparing & following up look-ahead construction plans.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly follow up of projects through relevant reports.
• Control and coordinate all assignments related to planning and reporting.
• Analyzing delay reasons if occurred and participating in planning the best ways to overcome such reasons.
• Preparing & following up the manpower productivity reports depending on the scheduled figures.
• Following up, updating & revising the project schedule.
• Following up
