Project Description

Circa £250m 5 year programme of Anglain Water's most large and complex capital investment projects, including new & upgraded WTW, Upgraded WWTW, New potable mains, and shore repair of existing reservoirs. Projects were managed from concept design through to financial close and benefits realisation, managed under a modified NEC2 contract form.

Role as manager of a project controls team of four, involved supervision of the project controls element for 27 engineering staff across 5 engineering disciplines : Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical and Structural. Organised the Company's document control procedures from first principles. Introducing automation in work estimates and project status reporting using Filemaker web-based database.
