Construction Manager – Chiswell Street Hotel (December 2007 – September 2008):

This was a £25m project with a construction management procurement process, involving the refurbishment of a 250 year Grade 2 listed old brewery building into a 215 bedroom hotel with spa, meeting rooms, bars, and other facilities. Involvement included the following: management of the site setup, multi-service gang, the internal fabric repair and dry-lining trade contractors.
