Main tasks

On site coordination and supervision of civil, mechanical and electrical works including plant commissioning, evacuation line, grid connection, SCADA and security system implementation, acceptance tests.

Subcontractor management, quality control, scheduling and accounting.

Support to Project Manager on negotiation with subcontractors, purchase orders, cash flow analysis, documentation management, verification of contractual obligations.

Project punch list closure, claim management, troubleshooting and handover to Client and O&M.
