• Supervised a cross functional team of 10, managing product development and support of Modular Airspace Synthetic Environment Simulators.
• Developed a portfolio of prospects, bids and projects into an operational road map; followed by successful execution to ensure sustainable and profitable work for the Airspace Management & Air Defence team.
• Accountable for performance of Project Control System including people, processes and tools, to enable successful execution of the Project Management Office activities.
• Created and delivered a Project System for Risk, Opportunity & Integrated Planning into the Salam Programme, consisting of trained people, best practice processes and rollout of toolsets.
• Implemented Business Winning processes into Salam ensuring compliance with corporate stage gate review mandates, resulting in quality order intake and certainty of project performance.
• Effectively managed the integration of a portfolio of bids and proposals (estimated at £1Bn +) to meet business growth plans and support the customer capability strategy on the Royal Saudi Air Force Typhoon platform.
