•     Created and delivered a Project System for Risk, Opportunity & Integrated Planning into the Salam Programme, consisting of trained people, best practice processes and rollout of toolsets.

•     Created and provided governance for a tailored Risk & Opportunity Management process to ensure the rapid identification, assessment, response and management of all Programme, Operational and Enterprise Risks (Candidate for 2011 Chairman’s award for Transferring Best Practice).

•     Developed an intelligent workload management tool, allowing for smoothing of workload and resources along with rapid learning of new skills (Candidate for 2011 Chairman’s award in Innovation).

•     Responsible for delivery of BAE Systems Saudi Arabia Enterprise Risk & Opportunity Framework to the Salam Programme.

•     Coached and mentored high potential staff to achieve advanced performance and productivity.

•     Delivered an Integrated Business Plan for the Salam Programme, outlining 5 year Strategy, 1 year financial forecast and future 5 year financial projections for the business.
