Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Murray,

Your website is filled with useful information. I think that your contribution to the Scheduling World is obvious.

We were giving advice to a planner/ scheduler who wanted more information to climb up the ladder.

I think that for an advanced reader, it is good to invest the money and time in knowing what you want to say and advice others to do.

With kind regards,

Samer

My book was not written for beginners, but I have been told by many that it is as helpful for beginners as those with 30 years under their belts. I wrote it in conversational style, not some stuffy book.

Ron Winter’s harsh (maybe even brutal) criticism is the ONLY negative review I have received in the three years it has been in print. At the ICS website you can read glowing reviews by some of the most well-respected leaders of the Scheduling Practice in the world.

With so much positive review, one has to wonder whether it is Ron who simply "didn’t get it." Please check out the reviews at the ICS website, and contact any of the testimonials, to satisfy yourself that it is worth your time and money to read it.

Anyone who has scheduler more than three projects will definitely get much out of it. But then again, I’m a little biased!!!

Dear Harona,

The study guide is available at AACEI:

aacei.org/PortalTools/Shopper/ProductDetail.cfm?

It is a very simple book. If you have the 8 years experience in planning which is the per-requist for the exam, then you will do great. Just review the basics of planning and scheduling from any book you have and the sources online.

With kind regards,

Samer

Harona,

I would guess such pdfs would be protected by copyright.
