I assisted the quantity surveyor and the project's manager make a full assessment of the building and whether it was viable for us to accept the project and whether it would produce the required amount of benefits. Also, I attended a Prince2 training course whilst creating the tender for the project and found this to be an experience in itself. The amount of intensive studying required was a shock although I highly recommend attending the course as it does give you a greater understanding of project management and does provide with several foundations and processes.
