• Preparation of contractual programs – Clause 14.1 for the awarded projects, in co-ordination with the project manager of that respective project, and assigning the quantities and manpower in the program for following up during updating, time wise and quantity wise.
• Preparing the Internal Target program, for the internal use of Al Habtoor Company, with same starting date and 2 month or less from the Clause 14.1 finish date.
• Updating the Clause 14.1 & Target Programs of nearly 4000 activities.

Nine years of Project Planning, scheduling and Project Controls Experience in Oil & Gas (Subsea Production Systems),Power Generation (Open Cycle Gas Turbine and Combined Cycle Gas Turbine CCGT modes of operation), and Construction industries working in various aspects which include tendering, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects (EPC). The proposed project is located @ Aqqah Beach, Fujairah, which is a 5 Star hotel including Royal Villa, Spa, Business facilities and a small retail component, in addition to automated and conventional car parking facilities.
