Along with a growing population, ageing infrastructure and desire to meet the environmental challenges that lay ahead, investment in infrastructure of all sorts is set to expand in the coming years, with an ever growing focus on efficiency and on-time, on-budget delivery.

There seems to be a growing recognition amongst business in general that detailed planning phase (in terms of all aspects of projects; scope, cost, schedule, funding, stakeholder engagement etc. etc.) can allow for much more successful projects – this leads to better than ever opportunities for quality planners and project controls professionals to make a real impact on Country.

• Develop a better understanding of Planning and Project Control .
• Initiate dialog with existing Planners to get their opinion / ideas for PP.
• Begin to raise the profile of PP amongst industry and individuals alike.
• Develop more goals based on feedback from Members
