(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All,

Would like to know if we can show overlla % compelete in PRimavera updated schedule.

I have been progress measuring using excel in which some activities progress is measured by

  • Manhours
  • Cost

But the OVerall weightage is claulated based on the assigned weighate as per Contract for example

Engineering - 15%

Procurement - 40%

Construction - 35%

Commissioning - 10%

 

So can we show this in PRimavera 6 updated schedule ?

You can create a resources for that purpose and assign cost to all activities, factored by Weighting that you have per EPCC WBS

You could use the WBS facility 'WBS Milestone % complete' in order to exactly track the EPCC percentages you quote.
