(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

What error am I doing.
The below pic shows the duration of the activity and WBS

But the same thing if I put it in excel gives me this duration.

I would like to show the excel duration in the schedule
The calendar for 1st activity = 8 Hrs X 5 Days and the other 2 activity = 8 Hrs X 7 Days
Please guide me.

because the schedule is based on 8 hours per day based on the calendar
excel does not consider TIMES it is just a day for day calculation
P6 uses times in the background
Hi All,
The default calendar for the Project was a 24 Hr calendar but when I changed that to 8 Hrs x 7 Days it started showing like the excel table.
So why is it like that?
