Alliance project to duplicate and extend a metropolitan rail line and build 3 new stations in an 8.5km brown and greenfield corridor. Working with the Design Manager, I was responsible for preparing a resource based cost estimate for the TOC. On approval of the TOC, my role involved monitoring, analysis and reporting on progress, including earned value. I also administered subcontracts for specialist subconsultants.
