November, 2012 - Report to Chevron EMC activities done weekly by Sturgeon International Services Int'l (SSI). Also, participate in the Wells walk and discussions of the scope of work
- Develop cost and man hours report to track progress of well abandonment services, well sites clearing, disposal of hazardous materials, demolition services, etc.
- Review estimates, create and update schedules (Microsoft Project Server). Implement calculations such as EVM, SPI, CPI, Schedule Variance, Physical % Complete
- Participate on internal weekly plan meetings and Project Review meeting with Chevron EMC reps
