Went to site to take over planning functions in project that was progressing slow, to introduce better controls to improve workflow and efficiency. Generate programs to monitor & control various aspects of project, both additional and revised works. Successfully generated work plans to control completion and handover of 10 Structural buildings, more than 2000 various mechanical items, 162 various piping systems, plus handover of works completed by sub-contractors to client.

Got project running and handover to site manager.
