- Managed all commercial and Financial activities on the EPCM Project includes Procurement, Contracts,Controls ,Scheduling& Accounts.
- Projects Planning and Scheduling & Project Reporting: scope management, Project Deliverables, work break down structure, schedule management, forecasting, corrective action, progress measurement/reporting, productivity analysis& calculation.
- Cost Engineering and estimating:Estimating,Cost Management, Cost Control and Forecasting
- Review Clients and contractors programmes and ensure they matched expectations for all parties.
- Implemented a system to ensure invoices were issued on time and payments as per the agreement in the project. Create a good will among suppliers to timely deliveries and avoid escalation costs risks.
- Motivating the teams within project to be more commercially astute, leading to identification of savings.
- Maintained project accounts for more clarity and created fair and trusty environment to project success.
- Manage all commercial and Financial activities on the EPCM Project.
- Trained personals for the organization requirements and made them utilize in multi task environment.
- Improved control of Payments to Contractors and suppliers, so achieving Discounts.
- Utilised the skills to liaise with the govt departments to meet the organizational requirements in immigration, RTA and Tax issues. Proved successful and benefit to the organization.

Providing technical support to project team, Managing project budget and keeping costs down.
Sourcing and Preparing contract documentation for procurement services. Evaluation of tenders and providing recommendations.
