Duties include preparing Primavera schedule of works for all related works detailed to Level 3, loaded with budgeted cost; updating schedule of works on weekly basis together with the status of materials; preparing cost control reports after verification of cost codes, comparing with BOQ prices, checking variations; responsible for quality and procurement of all civil permanent material; guided all architecture and civil shop drawings related to 12,000 m². of 17 buildings of different types; ordered steel structure and designed cladding cut-list; controlled Request for Fabrication shop drawings and cut-list for miscellaneous metals; prepared awards, letters of intents, sub-contract agreements, purchase orders, material approval request, change work requests, etc.
