Hello,

Anyone know if there is a way to put code text next the to the bars.

Want to show gant chart with responsible division next to tasks.

Know I can colour the bars and put a legend at the bottom but have problem of colour blind recipiants not being able to understand what they’re looking at.

Display Baseline

Hello Fellow Planners,

Forgive my ignorance, can anyone tell me how I display baseline 1 start & baseline 1 finish in the spreasheet columns?

Other question, summary Bars displayed on the one line, when you then cascade to the next level it appears they sort themselves into cronological order, anyone know how to stop this?

Asta powerdraw custom tokens

Hi,

I’m started with powerdraw to make a own template. Now i want to add own information like Project number/Version/ Authorised by, etc.
So i need about 18 custom fields/tokens to add to the layout.

How can i make this easy for my users to fill in automatic?

I do not have the latest version of ASTA.What to do.

Missing Powerdrawer files?

Hello Fellow PLanners,

Have an issue where the new border files I create in Asta Powerdraw do not appear anywhere else other than in the Power Draw file structure.

They appear with a little padlock icon over the PowerDraw icon, anyone had the same issue??

Hours default in annotation?

Hello Fellow Planners,

Anyone know how to change the annotation that appears when you are applying lag to default to days rather than hours.

I know I could simply divide by 24 but really, who needs more things to think about??

Hi all you Powerproject experts... I’m a new user to this software, having been on MSP for last 10yrs, so not yet fully conversant with any glitches it may have. I am currently updating monthly progress on a large programme file.
On opening up the procurement branch of the programme the tasks have re-ordered themselves, with the summary headers at the bottom of each bank of tasks, instead of at the top as usual, yet the task sequence seems to remain the same!
Anyone know why this has happened, and how a return it back to how it should look without affecting anything?

Has anyone come across a descrepancy btw progress figures in asta pp summary bar & progress expert figures. I have tried to contact Asta Dev, but PE2 is unsupported.

Find & Replace in APP V11

Does APP v11 has the capability to find and replce text just like were doing it in excel. I can’t find this "magic button" anywhere in the APP window. If any one here in the planet can show me the right button," if it has one", I thank you in advance.
