Hi all
I've been asked to put amounts of money against various activities so the QSs can do earned Value Analysis. At first I just used a user defined column and dropped them in like that, but the commercial manager wants me to put them in properly so that they can work out money each month. Like say there is £10,000 against a 5 week activity, and it is from the last 2 weeks in May and the first three weeks in September, then its £4,000 for May and £6,000 for September. There is no one around to help me and its quite urgent.
