  • Developed a detailed Level 3 Installation schedule, in line with the projects WBS structure, using Microsoft Project.
  • Liaised with the Project Engineer on different installation options and produced a series of option plans for issue to the client.

  • Work closely with the Project Team to create Level 3 Tender schedules for various projects and clients, in MS Project 2007.
  • Create various option schedules to cover all client options, and compare schedule impact between the options with the project team.
  • Once awarded, convert the project into P3 and include costs, and track progress.
  • Issue monthly S-curves and histograms to the project team, for inclusion into the monthly report to the client.
