Tips on using this forum..

Good Day to all planners

Example Activity ID is CON000010

How would I input it in the default settings of Prefix, Suffix and Increment?

My problem is the suffix you cannot put "000000" value it goes back to "0".

Activity Id: CON000010

Prefix: CON0000

Suffix : 10

Increment : 10


Then when it goes down to 100 the end 0 of the prefix would be taken out.

Hi Fhics,

Try this, Go to Enterprise--->project * highligths your programe to set ---> go to Defaults -->Auto numbering Defaults, fill up now your Act.ID prefix,Suffix & increment.

Hi Pacifico,

Instead of putting it in Suffix why not put it in Prefix. Because you cannot input 000000 without accompanied by 1, 2, 3, etc.

You can try to input CON000000 in Prefix and 1000 in Suffix and Increment of 1, 2 etc....
