Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi - I have just installet v5 as a standalone, but I selected the wrong license file which is now out of date. The software loaded ok with this license but now won’t run (just get a dialogue box saying "Application License key has expired etc . . . ) I have the correct one, but don’t know how to assign the valid license to the software. Can anybody help please?

Marc,

Click on Start --> Programs --> Primavera --> Help and Utilities.

Now click on Database Configuration, next choose "Administration Tasks", next choose "Configure Database License", then choose your database and enter the administrative username/password.

Now click on "Open" and browse to the location of the new License file.
