Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can you limit number of activities on a day?

Hi All

Firstly. I am a lvl 3 planner. And a new one at that. More used to reviewing contractors programmes, than building ones...

So. Question

I am building a programme, where upon only we have a deliverable to be discussed at a weekley meeting

Problem is. We only have two meetings a week. And can only discuss so many deliverables per meeting

If I create a new calender for the meetings, can I create a 'rule' of some king. Ie. If more than 3 deliverables are forecast to the meeting, it will jump to the next one?

Regards

Philip

Thank you. Just need to work out how to do that. I've never used resources in P6

Bit of trial and error :-)

Hi Philip

In most programmes you can put in a resource levelling system on your deliverable resource - allowing only 2 per week.

Best regards
