(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi to all

I checked a schedule and i found for an activity FF [Free Float]
is greater than TF [Total Float] but in general FF lesser than Total float.

Is there any reason for the change in the condition?

some times in this problem happen when you changed your calculation mode preference , especially when open ended activities are consider critical while scheduling

Shahul,

If there is a must finish by constraint or mandatory finish pushing end earlier than what it should be will result in FF>TF. Check for the contraints and project finish date at project setting level.
