Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

BCWS at Task Level not calculating

I’ve seen the threads and postings regarding BCWS not calculating at the summary level but my Project (2000 SR-1) randomly does not calculate BCWS data at the task level.

The majority of the tasks have BCWS calculations but many do not and as a result my overall BCWS is always zero...

I’ve tried rebaselining but it doesn’t seem to help at the task level.

Anyone know a workaround?

Have set the status-date, via Project>Project Information?

Work around

Buy a program that works properly, get yourself trained in Earned Value not just how to use MSProject

Distrust absolutely any cost calculations done by MSProject
