Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Non-working not shown on Summary Item Line

Hi All,

I am hoping to find a solution that displays the Non-working time shading over the task bars. I am able to format the shading over my whole programme but for some reason it 'disappears' over one particular line (68), and then reappears further down the programme. What is going on?

See image attached to better explain what I am trying to word.

Initially, my thoughts stemmed around different calendars being used, or that it was because the particular line was a 'Summary' but adjusting these seems to make no difference.

I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hi Tom

Welcome to planning plannet.

You are showing a different calendar on the summery bar - you can only have one.

When you add a different calendar the sytem asks if you want to switch the display - you declined.

The tasks underneath will have the correct shading.
