My role revolves around
1. Study of contract, drawings, sketches, estimates and scope of work
2. Creating a project in EPS
3. Derive activities, estimate durations and establish logics
4. test schedule for its integrity, modify and save a baseline
5. Train the site team to read schedule and provide inputs for updates
6. Update the schedule on monthly frequency, analyse the variances and submit report
7. Productivity analysis
8. Forecasting and trend analysis
9. Progress curves
