Establish, follow up and update schedules for: Engineering, Procurement, Assembly, Test and Packing. Other tasks: Resource planning, progress monitoring, produce input to monthly reports. Project types:new units deliveries and after market activities. Coordinate activities with project team and participate in process improvement projects. Coordinator for specific project planning tasks.

Project Scheduler.  Responsible for providing technical support and education to the operations staff in CPM scheduling at the project level. Reviewed schedules with project teams to ensure schedules were being developed properly. Also assisted the Director of Scheduling with developing schedules for presentations and proposals.

Lead Planner at a very large Insurance company. we have manage around 800 projects each year and use Primavera as our scheduling too. I manage a team of planners that work with the Data Strategies for this company. we currently have over 70 projects within my span of control. I review schedules prior to baselining for quality, I meet monthly with the Planner, Project manager and Lead business Analysis to go over the health of the project. We disucss budget, timing and scope.
