Planning and Control Engineer for Quality Assurance and Quality Control of the Interconnection of Gas Transport Systems from Mid-Eastern to Western Venezuela (ICO) Phase II (EPCC Project) Project with a key role in the development and management of a monitoring program for measurement the efficiency and efficacy  of the project. The main responsibilities included:

Developed, implemented, and directed the Construction Master Schedule as the on Site Lead Scheduler; ensured any deviation from plan and budget was promptly spotted and analyzed, final impact was estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken was monitored.

Coordinated project reporting to Client; monitored and implemented industry best practices to develop techniques to accomplish rapid execution of design related tasks, with a focus on getting things accomplished in the fewest calendar days possible.

Interfaced with Project Team to discuss work impact and problems resolution; developed and implemented a basic change management system for construction schedules
