Key Leader responsible of developing and issuing the Project Control procedures, the Risk and Opportunity Management Plan, the Contract Master Schedule and the internal Control Budget for building four electrical substations along with their electrical interconnection by means of 230 Kv power lines (Termocentro- turnkey project). Main duties included:

Organized and managed the Project Control Department, providing Project team with the adequate level of service for effective planning and Schedule control, Progress, Cost, Document and Risks; fostered the development of the Project Management culture and systems, monitoring their adequate and correct application within the operating team

Supervised and ensured the coherence between the cost control and scheduling systems; ensured that reports required by the Client (including backup for client invoicing) and by internal procedures were regularly issued

Directed, coordinated and supervised the work of the Project Control team, fostering and developing a team spirit and ensuring that all Team members had a clear understanding of the control philosophy and system; created a schedule/cost/risk awareness atmosphere among all project participants.
