Project Control Manager Head of Department SCC Saipem Construction Canada

Saipem Construction Canada is in charge for all construction and fabrication activities in North America.

Activities consists on module fabrication at Yard facilities located in Edmonton Aurum, and construction and installation at sites: currently Husky Sunrise Project in Fort McMurry and CNRL Horizon in Fort McKay.

My role as Project Control Manager covers both yard and sites, running, supporting, managing, staffing, training and coaching the project control teams.

“Hands on the jobs” approach in planning, forecasting, cost controlling, risk management and reporting activities.

Support tender activities for BIDs initiative during estimation phase and set up of the projects, analysis, definition and implementation of project control processes and methodologies.

I am the focal point for communication and reporting in front of the Project’s Clients, Saipem Top Management in Canada Companies (Saipem Construction Canada and Saipem Canada Calgary) and Saipem Corporate in Milan
