Al-Yamama Company for Trading & Contracting is involved in the general construction of multi-storey residential and commercial buildings, hospitals, roads, bridges, and etc. • Prepare project schedules by Critical Path Method (CPM) including activity duration estimates, man-hours loading, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), progress S-curve, monthly cash flow, and obtain project team review and approval. Schedules are prepared on Primavera P6/ P3. • Prepare work methodology based on the Scope of Works and activity sequence considering Safety and Quality requirements. • Prepare milestone schedules based on the Contract requirements. • Prepare Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) showing division of responsibilities. • Prepare materials and purchase order schedule which highlights critical and long-lead items. • Prepare construction equipment loading • Require subcontractors to submit work schedule aligned with the Master Project Schedule. • Interface with project personnel to obtain actual data (installed quantities, actual dates) and prepare weekly progress report to assess actual performance against the plan. • Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report critical work activities to the Project Manager. • Monitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in developing alternative methods for corrective action. • Work closely with project cost engineers, quantity surveyors, estimators, and material control personnel, to ensure cost and schedule integration. • Issue status updates and approved revisions of the schedule that reflect work progress and time elapsed. • Prepare Powerpoint presentations regarding project status highlights for company executive, vice president, managers, and key personnel. • Prepare monthly progress invoice based on the approved monthly progress report as well as delivery of major materials such as elevators, chiller plant, transformers, kitchen equipment, etc.
