(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

Qatar is to build a scaled-down prototype of its air-conditioned stadium concept in a bid to convince FIFA officials that it can successfully host the 2022 football World Cup.

The City might be small but lots of infrastructure projects are going on and they are the most wealthiest country in the middle east
