Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,

 

Can someone please help me. I am looking for a WBS process flow. Our company is implementing the ISO9001 system. I am tasked with generating all the procedures and workflows for planning. I have been doing this for years but have never had to put it down on paper. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Willem

My advice is to view the task exactly the same as you would when setting up a WBS for a new structure.

List all the tasks on a spreadsheet and then put them into sequence.

Add headings and sub headings with sequential numbering.
