Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Ease of inputing Budgeted Quantity

Dear Rodel,

In P3.1. , when we organize (Format - Organize) our project by resources , after assigning resources to all activities, it is easier to input Budgeted Quantity , each resource wise and use fill function , if quantity of resource are similar.

But when we do the same function in P6.0 i.e. Group & Sort, we are getting organized by multiple resources, so fill cell function is not activitated.

Can u suggest a method, where i want to organzie all activities, by resources and use fill function for Budgeted Quantities for each resourcewise in P6.0...

Pls advise.

Use Resource window and organize by resource. You use ctrl+e (fill function)
