Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Guys,

How do i do this, i have foreman for the complete duration of a project, how do i put him in the resources just once? if i put the foreman in every activities that i have, then my resources cost for the foreman shall be overallocated. Kindly give me tips & tricks on how to do this in P6.

Ruel,
Use Level Of Effort activity link SS to first activity where the foreman assigned and FF to last activity and assign resource foreman. If will automatically adjust if the last activity move forward or backward.
