Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all,

Last week updated schedule is attached as baseline to the Current Schedule.

I would like to add a new UDF (Weekly accomplishment). This shall be the difference of the Current schedule activity % - BL activity % complete.

What Global change shall I apply for this.

Thanks in advance

Thanks guys,

Is this Schedule % complete taken from the baseline’s activity % complete or baselines duration % complete.

Hi Salman,

In addition to Ferdinand info, try The following:

1. Create a "Activities" as you User Defined Fields, (Weekly accomplishment) as your Title, and "Number" as your Data Type.
2. When done, create a new global change with parameters:

Where:
Activity Status "is not equal" Not Started

Then:
Weekly accomplishment " = " Activity % Complete - Schedule % Complete

HTH.

Regards,

Arnold
