Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Original Duration on P6

Hi PP:

in the column of "Original Duration" I can only see zeros and other low figures different from what i originally entered. for example; for a certain activity: the O.D is 1 , but the start and finish dates are August 02 & August 28, respectivaly. Any one can suggest how can i retrieve my original durations??

Hi Khalil
Open Edit --> User Preferences --> Time Units. Check the entry under Durations Format. I’m doubting that you changed to weeks or to months. Select "Show Duration Label" for both Units and durations.

Hi Khalil,

You can only retrieve your original duration if have already created a Baseline or you have a backup copy to your schedule.
