Hi:

for structural steel works, I have used (as estimation and confirmed with m-h usage) from 90 to 120 m-h/ton, from classification, installation, alignment, bolting, etc. Consumption for machinery (crane, manlift) is not considered in this range.

Considers the type of structure (heay, ligth, medium, etc), classified as per kg/m.

regards
