(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Can anybody help me with updating activity % complete from importing excel file. I am currently facing issues in this. I can and have been able to export my p6 file to excel, update and re-import and its all working fine for BudgetedTotal Cost, Budgeted Unit, Duration and so on. But for Activity % Complete, it is not working?

There are two conditions to maintain this item manually:
1. The activity must be started, as Jerome wrote
2. Percent complete type must be physical. For the two other types (duration, units) it is always calculated by P6.

You also need to update Actual Start Date for the updated Activity % Complete to be reflected.
