Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we deliver the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Ulysses and all,

I registered back in 24-9-2006, but following that in a short time I left the planning field for a while; however, I recently back and active on the planning scene and plan on being an active member.

Thanks for your inquiry

May have joined pp in 2006 but susa only states "NEW TO THIS FORUM"

Not sure why you need to highlight this twice

Hi SUSA

I am also new to this forum - spend most of my time on LinkedIn

Back to your question - Hotel programme (ask yourself)

- 1st The sq.m size hotel ie basement construction, number of bedrooms, Kitchen, dining area, bars admin, reception

- 2nd contract or target programme

- 3rd How are you going to services this project ie tower / mobile cranes, teleporters, conc pumps / conc tower booms

My hotel Contract programme would look something like:

- Substructure

- super structure

- Roofing

- Envelope

- Building seal date

- Plantroom Structure / lift over run

Internal Finishes

- Back of house

- front of house

- Bedrooms ( would not break out floor by floor for contract)

- basement finishes

- lift installation

- plantroom installation

- Is FF&E part of your contract

External Works

- FW & SW drainage

- watermains

- site services

- landscape areas

- Roads / Paths / Signage

Hope this of use to yourself
