Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Does anyone have a Dependency Management Process Map they would like to share for reference?

I would be very grateful.

Cheers,

Russ.

Russ,
we manage interdependent projects in one portfolio. Activities of different projects may be linked and the portfolio is scheduled as one large project. There are no special procedures for management of interproject dependencies, all problems are solved on portfolio level.

Dependency Management addresses cross - project dependencies.

i.e. if a projects success is dependent on an output/product from another project, this would require management to ensure the dependency is met and thus not incurring a delay as a result of late delivery.
