Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All,
DO anyone have any formats to track daily progress..pls if you have one send it immediately asi’m in urgent need....

Also, progress comparison(target vs Actual) presentation in excel or anything..

Hi Balaji

The quickest way to do it is to put in percentage completions in the column and save each time.

Take a small PDA around the site with a spreadsheet of all activities and type in the percentages complete.

In P3 these have to be typed in every activity.

In PowerProject you can cut and paste from the spreadsheet.

Make sure your drop down line is straight - not jagged.
