Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi
In P6 the resource usage spreadsheet show me the resource’s quantities distributed within the activity duration – I need to show the data as percentage within the duration

Hi Mahmoud,

You can do this by using the spreadsheet option --> Calculate Average.

Example: Total qty of your manhour is 20,000 hrs. divide the total qty by 100 which is equals to 200.

Write the 200 in "Divide interval totals by" & under the "Unit of Measure" put the % symbol.

Try this exercise.
