Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Guys

I have recently joined a power plant project, I previously worked in the mining sector only.

To the guys with power plant experience, can you please supply me with the detail of activities which should make up this schedule.

I am not asking for a complete schedule, or advise on how to plan the project. I only require the detail activities and may be the WBS which they fall under.

We are constructing the power plant.

I only made mention of the ACC, to avoid receiving activities with Cooling towers included.

The best thing is to review your Contract and check what your company’s scope of work is. Subsequently, you can create the WBS.
