Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Data Date For Revised Target Plan

What would be the data date for establishing Revised Target Plan after of 6 month of progress ?

Some use the baseline schedule and update the logics, duration, additions, deletions and the same datadate as the revised target.

Otherwise as what Tahir suggested use the latest progressed schedule with all the additional information as your revised target.

The data date is the your cut of date of progress for six month.
But keep in mind you should copy your target first to save your original base line. And after update & revision of this current plan you will get your latest forecast plan can be use as target 2.
