Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi

I want to transfer a P3 project with area, item , responsibility i.e with heads and sub heads as it is made in P3 to excel.

plz lay down the procedure that I get the true copy of schedule in excel as I made in P3

Try Tools, Project Utilities, Export.

Several sample procedures should be available to you. Modify one to suit your needs. You can either export to a lotus (wk1) file which can be directly read by Excel, or in dBase which can be read by Access.

Alternatively some of the reports can be output to CSV files which can be read by Excel.
