Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Help with Schedule Finish Dates

In OPP for some reasn the Schedule Finish Dates are not matching the Actual Finish Dates. Activity is progressed and completed. Actual Finish Date is filled out and the task marked as Complete. There is 0 Remaining Effort. When I move the Time Now date forward, the Schedule Finish Dates move with it (Actual Finish Date stays the same). This is posing a problem since I have calculated fields that are based on the Scheduled Finish Column.

I don’t have the software no this computer, so donig this from memory:

On the time now advanced settings, there should be an option called something like "actual dates overide logic". If that option isn’t enabled, I think out of sequence progress can cause issues like you describe.
